Karl was best friends with my brother Cory Griffiths growing up. I remember him coming over and staying the night with my brother. Of course, I always found him sneaking into my room instead of hanging out with Cory and I would have to shoo him off (haha). My parents would just laugh at his mischievous attempts and his charm. Karl was a great friend to my brother and a great person. His smile and personality truly did light up the room just as everyone else has said. I am now planning my wedding and often visit his old house (mansion :) ) that is now called the Dairy Manor and they are catering my wedding. It is great to think of Karl and of the many memories that he shared with my family and of what a wonderful friend he was to my brother. Cory and Karl managed to somehow keep in touch through college and Cory misses him a lot. The grafitti under the bridge in Turtle Creek (where we all grew up) tells the stories of those funny boys. Karl will be missed forever but so many lives were blessed during his short life. We are all grateful for the time we did get with him!! Now he rests with God. I remember him laughing, and i guess thats what i miss most. just that big goofy grin. I wish everyone who knew him, the best.
